Today I left off the tablets for driving down to Shoreham .... back seems a little better today though so keeping my fingers crossed.

I'm glad to hear that your back is a little better. Keep taking the Diclofenac until you're absolutely sure because they're anti-inflammatory and will really help. Take the cocodamol just for fun.
